FAQ (About our products watches and clocks)

Minimum Order Quantity
Watches---- minimum order quantity 1000pcs each model.
clocks----- minimum order quantity 2000pcs each model

Payment terms:
1-, 25% deposit, balance to be paid upon fax copy of shipping documents. We release the documents upon receipt of balance payment
2-, 100% sight Letter of credit

Quotation valid
Normally our quotation valid for 2 months without special indications.

Sample charge:
1-, for existing models, without logo imprint or dial imprint, we could supply you samples free of charge, but you have to pay the courier charges.
2-, for samples with logo imprint, with dial imprint, in special Pantone colors, we shall charge USD100.00 for setup charge and sample fees. And you have to pay the courier charges.
3-, Samples for color box for packaging: we shall charge USD100.00 for color box packaging for watches and USD200.00 for color box packaging for clocks, also die-cut charges included.

Leading time
Lead time for samples: 7 days for existing models, with or without logo imprint. 14 days with special requirements on colors or dials.
Lead time for order: 30 days upon confirmation of order or approval of the PP samples.

Artwork for printing
We require you to supply us with AI format artwork for all printing, and Pantone numbers for color reference.

Quality of our products:
All the products will be inspected carefully before delivery by our QC and the quality is guaranteed.

Documents for custom clearance
Except standard shipping documents, we could supply you with FORM A certificate, or CO certificate.

ROHS, CE or REACH certificates
ROHS, CE or REACH certificates if needed shall apply sepcial labourtary test, the charges involved shall be paid by client, we only guarantee our products quality if it is required to be complied with reletive regulations.

OEM designs
OEM designs are welcome, we have stronge capacity on moulds setup and products development. New designs from drawings or from original samples could all be done on a quick and reliable service.

About copyright?
All the designs of clocks and watches on our site are either in the public domain (no longer protected by copyright) or being sold under license, you need not worry about infringing on copyright.

Our After Service
If any of the delivered products show material defects, transport damage or the wrong articles delivered, please inform us within 24 hours upon your receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible, if however we are unable to replace them, they will be fully reimbursed.
